Modified the main index by chopping it up
into 10 separate blocks of highways. I realize it may be inconvenient
that you can no longer view all the highways on a single
webpage. However, these smaller pages will download much faster. And,
more importantly, I'm hoping that by forcing viewers to narrow their
search, I can fix the problem where Yahoo keeps temporarily shutting
down my site each time they've served the maximum amount of
bandwidth-per-hour allowed for a free account. I've tried to make it
easy to navigate between the highway blocks - please
let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement.
