US 11 is represented by the purple line from Rouses Point NY to New Orleans LA. Between Bristol VA and Knoxville TN, the route is split into US 11E and US 11W.

US 111 (historic) is the red line beginning in Baltimore MD. At various times its north end extended to the PA/NY stateline at Lawrenceville or Waverly, but during most of its years its north end was in the Harrisburg PA area.

US 211 is the blue line beginning in New Market VA. Currently its east end is in Warrenton; the red line east from there to Washington DC is the historic extent of US 211.

US 311 is the blue line from Eden to Randleman NC. Historically US 311 followed the red lines as far north as Roanoke VA and as far south as Rowland NC.

US 411 [I] (historic) is the red line from Bristol to Cumberland Gap VA.

US 411 [II] (historic) is the red line from Madison to Rockingham NC.

US 411 [III] is the blue line beginning in Leeds AL. Currently its north end is in Newport TN; the red line north from there to Bristol is the historic extent of US 411.

US 511 (historic) is the red/purple dashed line from Bristol to Strawberry Plains TN (today it's all a segment of US 11E).

US 611 (historic) is the red line from Philadelphia to Scranton PA.
