Ames IA

For this project I was able to use GIS data from the City of Ames and Story County, and I also added a subtle shaded relief layer:
Some sections of Ames have dozens of short cul-de-sacs, so one of the challenges on this project was to find a way to label all of those smaller roads without sacrificing the navigability of the longer through roads:
I also made extensive use of aerial imagery in order to add things such as golf course layouts.
